Saffron is a highly prized spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, commonly known as the saffron crocus. Renowned for its vibrant golden hue and distinctive flavor, saffron is one of the most expensive spices by weight, often referred to as 'red gold.' The delicate, thread-like stigmas are harvested by hand, making saffron cultivation labor-intensive and time-consuming. Each flower produces only three red stigmas, which must be carefully collected during the short saffron blooming season in autumn.

The price is calculated per gram.

For example £5.99 is for 1 gram and for 5 grams the cost will be £29.95/

All items purchased through our website will be sent by Royal Mail, and this can be tracked via the courier company’s website. Customers will receive notifications by email and will have the ability to re-arranging the delivery or leaving it with a neighbour.

Our products are available for immediate purchase and the delivery time will be within 5-7 working days.

International delivery times vary depending on the final destination from 5 to 10 working days, please kindly note that deliveries outside of UK may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, custom clearance fee, or any other fees of the destination country.
